Carentan
If you're a boots on the ground Call of Duty Veteran, you'll know the map; Carentan. It is a classic map that has been featured in may iterations of the franchise. It made it's debut in the original Call of Duty game released on PC in October of 2003. Since then it has been included in Call of Duty: United Offensive, Call of Duty 2, and soon to be Call of Duty: World War 2 (details at the end of this post).
It has also been in multiple other Call of Duty games as well including Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare as a re-imaging named 'Chinatown', in Black Ops 3 the map Infection was partially made from Carentan and it was also included in Modern Warfare Remastered as 'Chinatown'.
Sledgehammer Games is making Carentan available Day 1 for Season Pass or Digital Deluxe Edition holders and will be live when the games release worldwide on November 3rd 2017.
